Our filling machines are automatic and adaptable with double (EL 1) or four (EL2) filling stations for filling liquid food products into Ecolean® LA (LeanAir) and LB (LeanBase) packages. It has very good hygienic properties, is fully prepared for CIP and has a built-in date unit.

Consumers have noticed that dairy products in Ecolean packages seem to retain their freshness longer - due to the unique package manufacturing and filling techniques.
During the actual filling procedure - the hermetically pre-sealed from factory package is opened approximately 2.4 seconds during filling, before it's sealed again which ensures very good hygienic properties.
