Ecolean offers complete packaging solutions. The Ecolean packages can be packed in either returnable plastic crates or disposable cardboard boxes. Both alternatives are suitable for manual as well as automated handling techniques and provide adequate protection throughout the entire logistics chain. For cardboard packing, the Ecolean concept also includes a carton erector, a packer and carton sealer stations - the Ecolean complete solution.
EL1 filling machine, suitable for packaging sizes 500 ml and 1000 ml connected to EP1 packer capable to run trays up to 400 mm in width. The packaging pattern is 2 packages per layer with up to 6 layers for 1000 ml and 4 packages per layer with up to 6 layers for 500 ml. Both carton trays and plastic crates can be used.
EL2 filling machine, suitable for packaging sizes 200, 250 and 500 ml connected to EP2 packer capable to run trays up to 400 mm in width. The packaging pattern is 4 packages per layer with up to 6 layers. Both carton trays and plastic crates can be used.
